Easy set up and access
  • Access and operate email through your Share360 Web browser - you do not need to start another application.
  • Uses Internet standards SMTP/POP3 server. WebMail requires a separate SMTP/POP3 server.
  • Now complies with IMAP standards as well. (mimic POP3)
Simple and useful functionality

  • Sort and organize emails along with your memos and notes in multi-level personal folders.
  • Search past emails with our fast, comprehensive search system. Search using to, from, cc, subject or message text.
  • Send and receive attachments.
  • Set up multiple personal signatures to be included with all outgoing emails.
  • Set up email rules, directing certain emails to particular folders when they arrive in your inbox.
  • Put unwanted emails in the trash folder, so you can delete trash once you're sure of your actions.
  • Send your Vcard information with each email.
  • Set up the system to auto retrieve your emails every 10-60 minutes.
Integration with address book
  • Create distribution lists from the Address Book.
  • Add, edit, and delete personal lists from either Address Book or WebMail.
  • From incoming emails, add email senders directly to your personal address book.
Advanced administration features
  • Limit the incoming email file size to avoid overloads on the server.
  • Register multiple POP3 servers to consolidate your company's emails to one account.
  • Set a maximum gross size of emails to avoid overloading your server with too many stored emails.
